I don’t know how to walk away from the friendship or at least, distance myself from her, because I don’t want to hurt her. But I know she is not good for my mental health.
I understand your situation. Often we have to make the choice: hurt others or hurt ourselves. Sometimes, ti can be that we stay close to hurtful relationships because we're scared of finding ourselves alone. But what I realized is that when we create space, life sends us the right people to us. I hope you can find the strength to protect yourself :)
